Virus Alert: The best prepared government!

If the attached document were to be discovered by mainstream media, it would constitute quite a bombshell. This report was published by the German federal government at the beginning of 2013.

Page 5 gives a summary of a “Modi-SARS” catastrophe with an astonishing level of detail from page 55 following, including probabilities, actions and consequences down to whether your rubbish will be picked up.

As it is, I would like to leave it uncommented. However, you do have to wonder if the current situation is just incompetence combined with arrogance or whether there is some other explanation.
